Daily Meditation for December 6th, 2021. The meditation for today, as the second week of Advent kicks off, is about new starts.

I have thought a lot today about how Jesus’ birth is a new start. A new start for the Church calendar. A new start for a Liturgical season. Sheesh, it’s even a new start for weather patterns!

I haven’t written anything on this website in like 2 weeks. Boom. New Start

How can I start writing about Advent mediations, when I didn’t get going from the beginning of the season? Stop right there, Pete. New start

If you are just getting going for Advent, good for you. I am right there with you. I am feeling a little behind. But what I have been thinking about is Jesus birth gives us a new start. And starting now, is better than not at all
