Ya know those days where you start misplacing everything?
You go out to pick up milk and all of a sudden your 7 exits too far down the free way?
No? Just me?
Well, ONE of the reasons I train is because I have less of those days.
I am more cognitively sharp, more present with clients and family AND I am on top of things before they become problems.
